Communities for Stability has come a long way since its conception and has attracted a wealth of experience and a real force for promoting positive change in our Communities.
Finally the Government has come round to promoting the development of Social Capital as an important policy in the jigsaw of Society but we are already in a position to make that change.

C4S are at the forefront of unlocking Social Capital in our Communities and by continuing to work together in the interest of our families, friends and neighbours we’ll continue to do what is Right and ‘Be the Change we wish to see in the World’.

C4S has evolved into a grass-roots, community led organisation that is an established broker for change as well as a supportive and organised ‘team’ when our communities are under threat.

C4S are championing the development of a positive alternative proposal on behalf of the people of East Manchester.

"The Belle Vue 2020 Vision" has been developed by listening to local people who fondly remember, value and are still inspired by the history and content of Belle Vue Zoological Park which once graced East Manchester with a magical, family focused theme park.

C4S are campaigning for the setting up of Local Partnerships for areas facing Regeneration and formulating alternative proposals where Communities are under threat from losing their homes.

It is imperative that we avoid mistakes made in the slum clearances of the past, which destroyed Community Spirit, by ensuring that local people have a strong Voice in the Regeneraton process.

C4S are attracting media interest in our positive and innovative campaigning. We also have extensive Political, Media and ethical Business networks ensuring that the issues are shared with as wide an audience as possible.

Our effective and positive approach is receiving interest from Voluntary Groups, potential partners in the Corporate Sector and Government Departments.
